Redesigning the interfaces of case management screens, to create a bright and intuitive set of interfaces. Streamlining usability, accessibility and user satisfaction.
In the design process of these case management screens I gathered feedback from existing users, conducted user research, prototyped, wire framed and created final screen outcomes.
This project and experience was conducted under strict security protocols. Names and cases are not real and have been redacted.
Working on this project was a unique experience due to the sensitive nature of the case management screens for an IMS system. While much of the work had to remain confidential for security reasons, it allowed me to focus on delivering a functional, secure, and user friendly interface within strict guidelines. The balance between security and aesthetic design was a challenge that helped me grow as a designer.
